Brief  Introduction

It’s used for cutting and rewinding the soft temper aluminum foil jumbo roll into small roll, Which widely used in food, packaging, medicine, hotel, Kitchen etc.. Our semi-automatic aluminum foil roll rewinder is simple operate,low cost,no waste and high efficiency.

Function and Feature:

-上料，分切，上管，鼠笼盘换位，上胶自动化。

-气涨轴装置固定原材料。

-水平校准装置。

-纸管顶头选配，气胀轴可选

-变频调速，速度在控制面板显示。

-自动记米装置，长度可以设置并在PLC控制面板显示。

-Feeding material, Rewinding, Feeding paper tube, Transform squirrel cage back and forth, adhering ,Stopping automatic.

-The inflatable shaft system fixed the raw material and keep the material tight and stable.

-Horizontal Alignment System that keeps the machine steady and runs quiet.

-Tops for the paper pipe can be choose, maybe 25mm,30mm,35mm,38mm,40mm etc..

Also you can choose the inflatable shaft 75mm or 150mm

-Frequency Control, the speed will show in the control panel.

-For using PLC to be control system from SIMENS of Germany, it can set the length of finished product and display in the screen.
